Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen Yellow Mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with rosemary, parsley, or lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil lightly greased with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the yellow mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the mustard mixture evenly over the top of each fillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve the salmon over rice, pasta, or salad. Optionally, garnish with a few sprigs of rosemary, chopped parsley, or lemon slices.
