Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Smash Kitchen Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish with rosemary, parsley, or lemon slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil lightly greased with olive oil.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the yellow mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Brush the mustard mixture evenly over the top of each fillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve the salmon over rice, pasta, or salad. Optionally, garnish with a few sprigs of rosemary, chopped parsley, or lemon slices.
